3+ seats, unlimited projects, the same lifetime updates and support. Bought per team rather than per developer, and invoiced individually — ask about a team licence.

Not included
No hosted service, no monthly bill and no vendor lock-in — you run the stack on your own infrastructure. Paid deployment help is quoted separately and is not required.
