The digest
One message when this site publishes something new. No drip sequence, no onboarding emails, no launch announcements, no discount codes.
What actually arrives
The site publishes long-form guides about the parts of a SaaS product that rarely get demoed: tenant isolation, seat-based billing, role hierarchy, append-only audit logs, row-level security as defense-in-depth, and deploying SvelteKit with a real database. When one of those is published, it goes to this list.
The changelog is public and readable without subscribing — subscribing is how you find out a new entry landed, not how you get access.
How often, honestly
This site is built and published by one person, by hand. Nothing here is scheduled, so there is no weekly or monthly cadence to promise — a promised cadence would be a promise nobody has built. Expect it to be occasional, and treat any message you get as a bonus rather than an expectation.
If you want a steady schedule of SvelteKit engineering writing, the public RSS feedis the better tool: your reader pulls from it whenever it likes, and it asks nothing of you.
What is stored, and how to leave
- Your email address, the page you subscribed from, and a timestamp.
- A salted, rotating hash of the request IP, used only to throttle abuse. It is never stored raw, never linked to anything, and never used to contact anyone.
- No name, no tracking pixel, no open or click reporting.
- No newsletter service and no third party. The list is a table in this site's own database. See Privacy.
- One message to the address on the contact page deletes your row. There is no export API and no read endpoint, so the list cannot be leaked from the public site.
Not buying yet? Get told when something new lands.
Every guide, comparison and changelog entry published on this site is written about a real implementation decision — multi-tenancy, seat billing, audit logs, RLS, deploys. Leave an address and you get a message when a new one is published. Nothing else, and no schedule to keep up with.
